First approximation of Fog-of-War graphics

Idea:

When tiles go outside the visible range, use my “dynamic temporary replacement-materials” system to give them a black-and-white material

Works, but … the downside of using solid colours for terrain at the moment is that now everything looks the same, you lose all info except for the raw heights:

Note: I don’t want to use solid-colours for terrains! But since they’re created fully procedurally, it was a quick win way of getting the game running and playable (gives me enough info to be able to see what my crop yields will be etc). I would much prefer to use geometry for each terrain type…
